Game hen recipes? Times and temps?
Good morning![p]Any recommendations for a couple of game hens? Was looking through the meat case and picked up a few yesterday. Thought they might make good egg fodder[p]Thanks!

Remove the backbone, spatchcock, put on your favorite rub, spray with oil, then grill them at 350 direct over a raised grid or indirect over a pan as YB stated. Very tasty. Happy new year.
