  • YB,
Happy New Year to all of you, too! The Naked Whiz missed all the fun, trying to sleep off a cold, but we're rarin' to go with a rib roast for dinner and potatoes lyonaisse (sp? basically, sliced potatoes and onions baked in a casserole with a little butter, pepper and cheese). Ahhh, meat and potatoes![p]TNW

<p />Happy New Year folks! [p]2003 marked a great event for me as I was introduced to the joys of eggism and this group is a fantastic family of helpful and fun folks who enjoy a common bond to meat cooked on a Big Green Egg.[p]Thanks for all your support, fun, & laughs. We hope to see many of you at the Waldorf eggfest, the Atlanta Eggtoberfest, and finally here in Austin at the Texas Eggfest![p]Cheers,[p]Ed & Liesel

YB,[p]Happy New Year to you, too! So what are you watching? College football all day, Twilight Zone marathon all day, or other? I'm flipping between football and twilight zone until the USC game at 5. Also, going to cook up some brats and a small pork tenderloin. I think I'm going to actually do the beer simmer thing for the brats this time which I've seen recommended so many times. I think it's something like simmer in a beer/butter/onion mixture then finish direct on the grill. Need to do some quick research...[p]Later,
