carnivore pizzas

made simple pizzas last night, but used big un's carnivore sweet sauce as the base. ..came out great!!!!
started with tortilla shells, smeared some carnivore sweet sauce on them. ..

then topped with bagged mexican blend shredded cheese, thin sliced bell pepper, red onion and grilled chicken (i was really lazy and in a hurry so just picked up some of that pre-package stuff at the grocery). ..finished by brushing some more of the carnivore sauce on top of the chicken. ..

then into the egg at 500 degrees on the pizza stone for about 5 - 8 minutes until the tortilla edgess were browned and crispy and the cheese was well melted ...

and the finished 'za . .. .

was able to make three of these in quick succession for me, sam and catherine in time for the caps game last night, kept the finished ones warm in the oven. . .catherine and sam really liked them (and for the wife to really like something like this is no small challenge!!!) . .she really liked the carnivore sauce on the pizza!!!! .
gonna be doing these again soon!!
thanks todd!!!!!!
