Thanks to all who answered my many questions of late. Started with the salmon-cream cheese spread, then a variety of ABTs (shrimp, creole shrimp, ham, plain) and finished with a Bacon & Mustard covered Sirloin Tip roast w/garlic slivers inserted throughout the meat. The guests were speechless... the salmon spread is gone, as are the ABTs - which were a huge hit... and the roast was a perfect medium rare... plenty of juice and flavor. Guess I'll have to ask for a digital camera for a late Christmas present.[p]Happy New Year,
