Rack of Loin Pork Roast - What a Treat!

We did this just this past Sunday...hadn't ever seen one. The 5 lb roast took about an hour and a half to two hours to reach 145 internal. Took Nature Boy's advice and cooked direct on a raised grid at about 275° and it was outstanding. Would make a great company meal...[p]Here it is on the grill...
