I am speaking at a conference in Gainesville this Saturday. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good "don't miss" restaurants in the area.

    Sparkys' Smokehouse is close,but it's an exclusive club :whistle: Just kiddin,but I can't think of any "can't miss" places in Gainesville :pinch:

    We certainly found out where NOT to eat in the Gainesvillee area. Sweetfire Lodge. Completely overpriced and the food quality was horrible. Toughest ribeye I've ever gotten at a restaurant and the creamed spinach tasted like spinach with milk poured over it and nuked.
