Football and Ribs

Found a rack of cyrogenic spare ribs stashed away in the freezer yesterday. I decided since the Titans would be playing Sunday, I might as well thaw those babies and get ready for a Sunday afternoon of Beer, ribs and football. After thawing, slathering with mustard, and rubbing a 50/50 mixture of Dizzy pig Original coarse and Raging River they were thrown back into the fridge for the night. Today they were on the egg, indirect slow cooked at 250 for 3 hours and then temp raised to 325 for another 2 hours. The beer, ribs and the Titans were all winners. Kinda sounds like a perfect Sunday doesn't it?
