Anybody out there got any idea how to cook one? It looks like pork chops before they've been sliced apart. There are 7 ribs and the roast is a little over 5 lbs. [p]Thanks,
Tonia

    QBabe,
I did one a couple days ago. It was smaller, but worked real nice direct at 275-300 on a raised grate. Kept the ribs facing down toward the fire most of the time, but I flipped a couple times too. Took about 90 minutes for a two pounder to reach 145. It was real good. Nice crust and juicy meat. Of course the rib meat was not as good as it is if you cook it like you cook ribs (certainly did not pull from the bone), but was still good, and the loin part was real nice. I think anytime you have rib meat along with loin meat it is a tricky situation, but the lower-than-roasting temps seemed be a nice compromise.[p]Not claiming to be an expert, just telling you what I did!
Enjoy it, and let us know what you ended up doing!
    Happy New Year.
    Chris
