This is one of those layered dishes that always come out great. This time of year is my favorite for Dutch Oven cooking. Enjoy...
The Stuff...

Seasoning the boneless chicken breasts and then flouring them...



Rendering the bacon...


Set the bacon aside and add 2T butter and 2T Olive Oil and brown the chicken breasts...



Set chicken aside. Pour out extra oil and add the veggies and garlic...


Once the onions have cooked. Add the chicken back...

then the Crab meat...


then add the artichoke hearts, bacon, heavy cream and chicken stock...


batten down the hatches and cook for 40 minutes...

Finished...



It turned out very good. Thanks for hanging out.
