How do you cook you pork roast???

I have Nature Boy's recipe for cooking my 4+ lb. boneless pork roast, how do you do yours??? [p]Thanks all,

    From time to time we just like to revert to the simple taste of a good pork loin so that the loin can shine for itself. To do so I merely salt, pepper and moisten surface with Maggie - then use a dry drip pan and cook at 350 dome until it reaches 145° internal. Remove and let rest in foil for 15 minutes.
