From time to time we just like to revert to the simple taste of a good pork loin so that the loin can shine for itself. To do so I merely salt, pepper and moisten surface with Maggie - then use a dry drip pan and cook at 350 dome until it reaches 145° internal. Remove and let rest in foil for 15 minutes. Good tasting results.[p]For something more exotic ever try Big Murth's "Puerco Adobo" under the submitted recipe section? [p]
