I think the reason you did not get responses is that your question was too general. It appears that you might know how to cook ribs, but need to spice them up. Do you already know how to cook non-spicy ribs?? If so, extra cayenne in the rub, and incorparate some heat into your sauces as well.[p]If you are looking for a cooking technique for ribs, shout back, and try and be more specific, and you should get plenty of good answers![p]Happy New Year!
