have seen the great pics from sat. question, i know they furnish egg, lump, etc..... cooks furnish food, etc........who furnishes the tents, tables. and if u have to furnish,do you bring all the tables, chairs, etc on fri and set up or early sat am.......

Along these lines, what did they sell the used eggs for at the end of the show?

The cooks set up Sat AM before guests arrive. The cooks catch the first bus over. And if you want a tent you can bring your own or BGE does supply some tents. You bring your own chairs, food, utensils, etc

At the end of EGGtoberfest, EGG demo packages are available for purchase by registered EGGtoberfest attendees. These demo EGGs have been used only at EGGtoberfest, and each package will include:

•Big Green Egg (which includes an external temperature gauge, dual function metal top, stainless steel mesh draft door, DVD, and manual)
•EGG Nest (Chiminea Stand for Mini)
•Grill Gripper
•Box of Fire Starters
•Ash Tool
•20# bag of Lump Charcoal

•EGGs may be picked up on Saturday, October 17 between 5:00pm and 8:00pm. You can not take your EGG before that time. If you are taking your EGG on the day of the event, you must go through the pick-up line to receive your EGG. Remember, there will be a long line to pick up EGGs; this process will take a while, please be patient.
•As an option, you may pick up your EGG package the week following EGGtoberfest. EGG packages may be picked up between Monday, October 19 and Saturday, October 24 at the store at 3417 Lawrenceville Highway, Tucker, 30084. Pick-up hours are between 9:30 and 5:00. All EGG packages must be picked up by Saturday, October 24 at 5:00.

The tents around the perimeter of the field are supplied by the cooks. The cooks get there early Sat to get a good spot. The tents in parking lot and the huge tent are furnished by the great folks at BGE. There are some chairs but most bring their own(you need 'em for the after party anyway.)
