    Merry Christmas, Rick. Hope all is well out there in Sylmar albeit a wet one. I too fixed Dr Chicken's Double Smoked ham the full nine yards with the injections and all. Man was that good!
    I've got to get a new injector though as my needle kept popping off the end and spraying all over the kitchen - thankfully wifey didn't see the worst of the mess before I got it cleaned up!
    My b-i-l and nephew are coming over tonight so I gotta go hide that ham...
