Stuffed chops and corn tonight

We had sausage cornbread stuffed pork chops and corn this evening.I smoked them over a little cherry wood for color and a nice, light, sweet smoke. The chops were wrapped in bacon and dusted with Dizzy Pigs' Tsunami Spin. After the corn was done, it was rubbed with Kerrygold Irish butter and sprinkled with DP's Shakin'The Tree. Not too bad at all.

Nice looking cook. You make the cornbread yourself?
Used my egg for 6 hours today, dinner was good, but only one picture, I'll put the post together in the morning.

I can't lie. I get these pre-made at my butchers. They were on sale this week. The stuffing is outstanding

Corn is, hands down, best on the egg; and after all these years of leatherizing pork on my gasser....hehe...looks great!
