<p />since we had prime rib saturday night when family was here, i opted to do a lasagna tonight. ..first time in the egg and it was eggcellent. . .i even pulled out my old Simac and made fresh pasta for the lasagna. . .the egg did its magic, giving the dish a real rustic flavor. ..

go on, be bold, stick it in the egg. . .i did mine at 350 for one hour, raised grid over inverted plate setter. . .had a well established fire, so no 'smoke'. . .just a nice rustic taste. . .[p]either way, enjoy .. .
