<p />In our traditional Christmas gathering, all are asked to bring something. My choice this year ... slow cooked wings. These were done for about 2 hours at 250* direct, raised grid. I marinated them for about an hour in my now secret (recipe to be posted soon) eastern NC style bbq sauce and dipped them in it each time they were flipped (about every 15 minutes).
