As Eggtoberfest gets ready to start, just remember what Great Service BGE provides.
After five years I finally managed to completely break my firebox. Bruce from Customer Service and I talked Wed and today, Friday, I received my brand new firebox.

    I emailed Bruce on Monday about my 10 day old large egg having the gasket adhesive fail on the top. Received my Nomex as a replacement yesterday, free of charge. I'm cooking pizza tonight, but I will replace tomorrow and give it 24 hours to cure. I've had the egg for only two weeks and I think there has only been one day I have not used it. I've just gotta find a better deal on good lump down here!
