Did some burgers stuffed w/pepperjack and bacon.

Cajun battered rings


Jalapenos for my son,he likes it hot.


Med Rare dinner is served
Did a spatchcock for sandwiches as long as it was hot.

It is a great day for weather here in Socal.I am driving by you tomorrow to attend the harvest in Paso Robles and take part in the crush.Do you always let your bread dough rise that long? and does longer produce a better product?

Jon,I dip these w egg wash flour seasoned heavy w/cajun spices and then coated w/Panko crumbs.

Cut the onions and put in a container w/ paper towels,let the moisture get out of the onion.

Molly,I dip in egg wash,then a 50% flour 50%cajun spice mix-then another egg wash then coat with panko crumbs.Very crunchy-kids love them.
