Directions for Making Elevated Grid

I think there were some posts awhile back about creating an elevated grid with some bolts and nuts. Would love that info. I am looking to create space for two eight pound briskets cooked over the inverted platesetter. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

TxEgg,
I have some photos and diretions in my FAQ for making one for the small. The technique is the same for any egg. You just have to choose bolts that are the right length to get the height you want. If you can, it is probably safer to use stainless steel hardware rather than zinc or galvanized. [p]TNW

TxEgg,
Two eight lb. butts should fit nicely on the large egg grate without a raised grate.[p]usa doug
