Easy, short on time so di the following:[p]Popped 5 lbs bottom round in freezer for 90 minutes, slide into 1/4 to 3/8 strips[p]Marinated in 1/2 cup worchestire, 1/2 cup soy, onion garlic powder, liquid smoke in two ziplocs on the counter for 60 minutes.[p]Put foil covered grid over drip pan on main grid...put in some Alder and Apple wood with just a couple of chips of hickory[p]Kosher Salt heavily , Pepper 3.5 hours at 220, flip 2 hours at 200[p]Your done...let's see..nice salty tasting beef jerky, what cold refreshment goes with salty food, my basement refrigerator is calling my name.
