Blue hubbard and burnt hair

While prepping to put my squash on, I got a little careless...opened the lid a little too quick and that sound...pppffffiittttt! Singed the hair a bit ...gotta love that smell! Hehe. Doing blue hubbard in my DO - it's just fun to Drop it on the ground to break it up--has to drop it twice actually then break it up some more with a mallet...don't care much how it tastes cause the prep was fun enough! :laugh: Got it going in some butter, maple syrup and DP pineapple head -yum! Had first planked salmon on Saturday and my first smoked turkey breast yesterday-both turned out great! Safe travels and have fun to all if you going to eggtoberfest!
