Any tips on reheating a brisket that has not been sliced? I gave some as gifts yesterday, but they won't get around to eating it till today. I also put one in foodsaver bag for later this week.[p]Thanks

GrillMeister,[p]I'm not sure what other people do, but last time I cooked a brisket we ate on it for almost a week. I would just slice up as much as I thought we'd eat, then wrap those slices loosely in foil and stick in the oven for 10 minutes or so. The slices turned out warm, tender, and juicy, almost just like they were fresh off the Egg.[p]TRex
