I am going to cook two turkeys, each about 7 1/2 pounds, on our BGE tomorrow morning for lunch where I work. I have cooked one turkey and it took about 3 1/2 hours, indirect at 350 degrees. I am going to do these two at the same temperature. How much extra time am I looking at? I know more time will needed, but how much more? Thank you in advance for any input.[p]Jim

    Jim,
LOL..the egg dont care how much you put in it, it is not good at math...if you did one bird that was 7.5#...2 birds at "7.5#" will be done in the same time.....now that it is being fairly vague..you do still want to check internal temps..but the point was that the egg dont care if it`s 2 birds at 2# or 2 bird at 20# the temp is the same..if your reference of 3 1/2 hours at 350° was for a 7 1/2# bird...you should fall right in line with your first cook...I hope this doesnt confuse you...you should be fine going with what you did on the first cook...[p]Wess
