Great advice!! I always make Bloody Marys with V-8 so I've got the alcohol cleansing and a daily dose of veggies in one shot (npi)... As far as stairs go, I'd use them but they always seem to be going the wrong way... You neglected to mention smoking; I quit 5 years ago and only miss it in my dreams... Bottoms up!!

    Hi Julie,

Sage advice, sounds like something Bordello (and 99% of the forum) would agree with. I'm going to have to take up drinking again. I just walked in the door from getting my seasonal flu shot and will get the swine flu shot ASAP. My diabetes has been known to let a common cold turn into walking pneumonia so I would much rather have a shot. Any kind of shot kind as long as they work.

AT 12:25 PM, it's a sunny 91º and the humidity is about 62%. I hope your bringing some slightly cooler weather down with you!

    Have a great day,

    Gator
