New BGE

Just purchased my first BGE....Just so happen the owner just finished a couple boston butts...Spent most of the time eating and talking about the BGE...Pulled Pork was mighty good....I am used to cookin/smokin on a Brinkman Professional...so I am going to need your help and I believe "I Have Seen The Light"

    highlander,[p]There are some great smokers out there and I'm sure you were able to produced some mighty good "Q" on your Brinkman Professional. The Egg is great for home use (it has also done eggceptionally well in competition). I think you'll like that it can do low n slow and high temp searing of steaks. Just hang out here a while and you'll be cooking some great stuff in no time! The people here are really friendly and helpful!
