I've been using Car Wash Mikes method of doing Baby Backs for some time now with great results. I couldnt find any BBs today so I bought some St.Louis cut ribs. Using CWMs method, how much longer do St.Louis ribs usually need to stay on than the Baby Backs. With CWMs method,its usually 4-5 hrs for BBs,

I usually go around 6.5 hrs ... have had to do up to 7.5 just depending on the cut of meat. There are many people here that will have more 'expert' advice than me though. Enjoy!
