Favorite Sides with Maple-Butter Salmon
Just as the subject says... I am cooking one of my favorites this weekend, Maple-Butter Salmon(liberally coated with River Rub) and would like to get some good ideas for side items to serve with this dish.[p]Thanks

I usually serve it w/ one of those saffron rice pkg. mixes and some fresh green beans steamed in chicken broth. One of my wife's favorite meals.

RayL,[p]I just did a nice big piece of Maple Glazed Salmon last night. My favorite side is an ample supply of Shiner Bock. [grin].[p]I brought the leftovers to work to share with co-workers. It's getting close to Salmon time, but I left the side dish at home...Darn.
