This looks like fun, but, I would add two things.
A porta-potty so as not to have to listen to wife complaints later on.
Take the flat screen and mount it over the garage door so everyone can enjoy the outdoor environment. -

Cook everything on the Egg you would probably get a sale or two also. One guy from my OctoberFest is looking at getting one after eating some ribs I cooked (and I didn't think they turned out all that well)
