Rack of Pork?

Has anyone ever cooked a "rack of pork"? I saw one at Costco the other day when I was buying some rack of lamb. Any recipes, methods, time/temp, etc.. would be appreciated![p]

I am doing a pork crown roast for x-mas. Basically two pork racks tied in a circle. Plan to use some great dizzy rubs, cook to 150-155 internal, probably will cook this guy at 250 degrees with some apple chips. Hope it turns out, the butcher is going to have a nice Christmas.

duck,
I cooked a couple of crown roast 3 years ago at Eggtoberfest.I cooked them on a raised grid at 350° until internal temp reached 145°.I stuffed mine cubed apple, onion and sausage. Brown the stuffing before you put it in the roast.I also slathered with yellow mustard.

duck,
I agree with YB. Pork roasts are not very fatty, so lo-n-slo is not as good as 350-375. Enjoy.

Thanks for the ideas, I will crank it up!
