All though they are frozen they are really good

Nice hot fire to sear
Seared on all sides and ends
Let rest until the temp. gets down to 400*
Roasted for 3-min. a side
Served with mashed potatoes and broccoli, a vary tasty meal

Those look great Ross. They had some unseasoned at Wal Mart hear while back. Didn't get them as figured you needed low and slow on them. Good to see you cand just sear and eat!!lol

I'm not a lamb kind of guy but your cook looks very good. Good enough if you made it for me I'd eat it.
I'd assume there'll be some lamb eggin' going on at Eggtoberfest so guess I'll have to give some a taste test. -
So straight out of the bag and on the grill? How hot was the sear and how long? It looks really good.

Nice job, Ross! I tried the TJ lamb rack a couple of weeks ago and was impressed with the quality and flavors. I cooked it stock (no additional seasonings) on my Large.

I've tried several of the TJ's marinated cryovacked offerings including Lamb, Beef, & Pork. I keep one or two of their things in the freezer (small size thaws quickly) for sspur of the moment cooks.
