Hey gang![p]Buddy of mine out in California finally got his large egg yesterday.
Excellent cook but he's been using a gas grill so he'll need tips/help with time/temp set-ups. So, give him the usual welcome.

Shelby told me this Forum was amazing, and he was right.[p]I'm the proud new owner of a large BGE. Spent last night experimenting with heat settings and sausage. Tonight will be more experimentation and chicken.[p]I feel like I'm in Disneyland![p]Bob C
