Thanks for the welcome, Shelby, and to Spring and New Bob, also. (Since I'm a Bob, too, I'll use the Bob C handle.) Shelby told me this Forum was amazing, and he was right.[p]I'm the proud new owner of a large BGE. Spent last night experimenting with heat settings and sausage. Tonight will be more experimentation and chicken.[p]I feel like I'm in Disneyland![p]Bob C
