Flatiron with Jamaica Firewalk

Got back from a week on vacation, had to fire up the egg. Eggs actually. Did a potato and onion casserole on the XL indirect (sliced thin, with chicken stock and cheddar cheese) at 400 for an hour. On the medium did two flatirons. One with shaking the tree for the wife and girls, one with Jamaica firewalk for me and the son. (At least one of the kids likes spicy :woohoo: )

First time for the firewalk - I really loved it. Will have to do that again. Good combo of flavor and heat.
