New Salmon Recipe

I just made this up last night, and it was great.[p]Big ole piece of salmon with skin on one side.[p]Sprinkle with Chinese Five Spice (a type of spice).[p]In a measuring cup, mix 1/2 cup of Dijon mustard (real dijon)with one heaping tablespoon of finely minced horseradish. [p]Paste the mixture on the salmon.[p]Get the Egg to 350.[p]Add some alder pellets or chips... not too much.[p]Cook for 30 minutes.[p]Phoenomenal. My wife doesn't like salmon all that much, but she love this recipe.
