As a newbie, I did the T-Rex recipe for steak for breakfast (lunch, really). Absolutely wonderful. Pink and juicy in the middle, charred outside, the flavor was better than any I've ever had in a restaurant ( my husband agreed). Then added some mesquite chunks and let get down to a dome temp of 275 until it stayed steady for about 20 minutes, added the wings with a combination of all the recipes I've read on the forum (Covered with butter and Louisiana Hot Sauce then coated with Chicken bouillon, garlic salt, onion salt, parsley, red pepper. If I had it to do over again I would use less of the chicken bouillon and salt (It was a little too salty but still delicious). Flipped every 10 to 15 minutes for about an hour and a half. They were crispy, and juicy but completely done. I coated with butter and hot sauce. Just wonderful! My husband said, "Every time I eat something off this egg it's like eating it for the first time ever! Just amazing!" Thanks ya'll for all the advice. I don't know what I'd have done if I couldn't have gone to this forum. Probably ruined it all. :~( Thanks again!! I Love My Egg!! Happy Birthday to Me!!
