Seconds away from gametime here.....Hoops though. My Terps are playing #18 Gonzaga.
Gonna brush off the snow, and make simple burgers here tonight. The storm tracked further north than they thought, and we only picked up about 4 inches.[p]Fear the turtle!!
Have fun Larry.

Good luck to your Dawgs tonight, Larry. I've got about 15 lb. of spares on the large. Fixin' to light off the small to do about 40 ABT's. When the ribs come off, two 7 lb. butts are going on overnight. When the butts come off tomorrow, 30 lb. more of spares are going on and a giant corn casserole will be going in the oven. Uh, don't worry. Most of it is for a catering job on Monday, so I won't be eatin' all of it!! [p]It's Jack Daniels time!!![p]Jim

That's a beautiful view, Chris!! I can say that. We only see snow about once every 5 years. LOL![p]Jim
-
YB,
in keeping with forum rules........hehehehe
I'll take the tigers and give you 6 pts if you wanna bet 1 spatchcock chicken and 2 pulled pork samuches.

It is incredibly purty. I love the white stuff, and the way it sticks in the trees and deadens the sound everywhere. This is camping weather, my friend.....and Qin weather!
Stouts to you.

YB,Bailey is doing wonderful, thanks for asking, she sleeps through the night and is getting cereal in her bottles to help fill that bottomless pit. I think next on the food chain for her is trying to spoon feed her some cereal to fill her up more........Page

JSlot,

Larry

LSU TIGER,
I wish we were going to be in Atlanta tonight...Tickets were hard to get this year.I got my tickets last year from LSU for the SEC game.

YB,[p]I put a hunk of beef (rump roast I think) in a wine/red vinegar marinade a couple of days ago. Tonight I put a salt dome around it and just stuck it in the BGE at 300º and we'll see what happens.[p]
-
YB,
Terps could not handle the "zags". This guy Blake Step on Gonzaga is sick! 27 points...I believe ALL 3 pointers. Something like 9 for 12 on threes. It hurts.[p]Good luck to Georgia, and have a blast!
Save me some leftovers.[p]Chris
-
char buddy ,
That really sounds good...I would like to have your recipe.
Larry
-
Nature Boy,

YB,[p]Boulder Brats for lunch, hickory smoke, yum![p]24 ABT's (pimento cheese, chorizo sausage), on indirect over a drip pan on a grid extender, about 15 minutes in, hickory smoke, yum![p]6.5 lb roaster chicken 6.75 hrs into the brine, yum! (I hope - I've never brined before!) Gonna put it on about 4:45. No smoke, though.[p]Me - I'm stringing up Christmas lights, trying to decide when to head on into town to get beer - I have no beer cans for the brined/beer but chicken![p]If I had more 'round to-it, I'd post some pics...[p]Hey to everyone - [p]Chuck

Three bone rib roast, about 7 pounds. Olive oil, Montreal seasoning, little granulated garlic, 320 degrees, some mesquite, will finish in oven for 10-15 minutes at 500 degrees to crisp up outside. More testing before the big one Christmas Eve, another get together Christmas Day and an engagement party for my daughter the day after X-mas. Lots of cooking and smoking going to be going on here.
-
GrillMeister,[p]I am curious (wings)... [p]Echo Tanya, how are you doing your wings??[p]Chuck
-
chuckls,
Sounds like your having a feast....What is this no beer?In Georgia that's against the law.
