I am trying to find a receipt for some hot "HEAT" fruit Holiday salad.[p]I want to put it on the egg and heat it up along with the spice I bet it will be tongue larrapin delicious.[p]Thanks,[p]David A. Wheeler

    Every day closer to Christmas I get more and more receipts built up! Wanna pay some of them? LOL
    As for your 'recipe' request... what kind of 'HEAT fruit holiday salad' you looking for? Something hot with fruit as the main ingredient? Or are talking like some spiced fruit cake with some rum sauce heated on the egg with some smoked pecans in the sauce? Somethin' like that? The grilled pineapple on the recipe page here is great, though not spicy to start with, I'm sure it could be kicked up...
    Whatcha have in mind?

    My tongue's telling me to pat the pineapple rings dry, dip them in lime juice, and substitute powdered chili (heat level depends on the cook) for the cinnamon in the sugar/etc. step.[p]Hot and hot.[p]Ken
