hey guy.
this past weekend had a sister and brother-in-law show up from Baltimore, and we spent the day Saturday making 10# of ribs (and no f*ing pictures), then re-charged the egg and made an overnight shoulder/butt.
mucho pork! all turned out good enough for a party with 15-16 (who can count relatives) folks.
then Sunday we went 100m upwind to the Lummi Reservation and discovered we have an entire tribe of very nice folks who are step-brother/sister to my brother-in law, and who welcomed us with a huge and traditional NW salmon dinner. very cool stuff.
