Thank to several suggestion, last evening I cooked a couple of pieces of frozen Tilapia fish. It was delicious, and this is from someone who does not like fish.[p]I sautéed onions, mushrooms and celery in Olive Oil, while seasoning the frozen fish with Dizzy Pig Raging River Rub. Put the fish into an aluminum foil “boat” with butter in the bottom and smothered with the onion mixture. Threw on a couple of pieces of fig tree for smoke and cooked on the Egg at 425 for about 15 minutes. Served with Q-babes potatoes, corn on the cob and lima beans. This was a wonderful. Thank you so much for all of your suggestions. You guys always come through.

  • Butch M,[p]Glad to hear it worked out. I had the same experience with Tilapia on the egg. BTW, I was an anti fish guy for 40 years until I spent two weeks last February in Louisiana during which everything I ate was pulled out of the Gulf. It was then that I discovered I liked fish, just not the fish I got on my plate growing up.[p]
