Just wanted to thank y'all for the tremendous help yesterday at Weimtoberfest 2009! Even with the wet conditions, we raised $1000! That will allow us to rescue close to 4 dogs for spay/neuter and full vetting as they get ready for their "forever homes"!

Particular thanks to Ron Baker (Bacchus), Rod Fortune (Fidel), Chris Tredwell (c_tredwell)and his family - including Sarah his golden retriever, Phil Haseltine (philsgrill) and his family!

We have several eggers in the group that were excited to meet their "kind" and now counting the days to the Eggtoberfest!

Glad to help out even if it did rain a tad bit. Everyone was great to meet. I don't suppose you saw my ash tool hang in the canopy did you?

Lynn Thanks for inviting the North Georgia Eggers to cook for your "Atlanta Weimaraner Club Rescue" Fund Raising Event. It was a fun time even with the rain. It seems like a great group of folks, and the dogs there were beautiful and very well behaved.
I know I speak for myself, Rod, Chris, and Phil when I say that it was a pleasure to be a part of it.
