Smoked Chicken Gizzards

Hello Eggers,
I have a need for a receipe that I hope one of the old timers can pull out of their hats. My wife loves fried chicken gizzards. I know it is hard to believe. I just know there is not many things she loves more. I need a good receipe to cook these on the BGE. It does not need to be colorful, just GOOD. If you have any old ones laying around please post them for me.
