I know it may sound crazy to some, but I do not like fish. However, with all of the health benefits, we need to be eating more of it. I purchased a bag of frozen Tilapia boneless fillets and need to find some really tasty recipes and suggestions of side dishes. Can anyone give me some suggestions? Thank you so much.

    Butch M,
I like to melt a stick of butter, add 4 large cloves of chopped garlic, the juice of 2 limes and some fresh chopped cilantro.
Pour 1/3 of this over the meat right before cooking, saving the remaining 2/3 to pour over before serving.
It's quite a tasty dish and does extremely well with fish.....

    Butch M,
using your favorite rub or seasoning, sprinkle kinda heavy, cook at about 400-450, open dome, sear on both sides, kinda like blackened without the butter.

  • Butch M,
I've done it with olive oil and a little garlic at 350 direct in a foil "boat" to hold juices and oil, etc. It was very good. I don't think you can go wrong just messing around with this. It will pick up a lot of smoke so you don't need any wood. The lump should give it all the flavor you need.
