I just put a 2 lb fattie on stuffed with portobellos, green pepper and white cheddar. Cooking indirect at 400 with a few hickory chunks. The sausage was hard to handle. I think I let it get too warm.

I post pics later if it turns out good. If not I'll post and take my likkin' :whistle: :ermm:

    i usually do them a little lower in the 225-250 range..

    i also like to wrap mine up in plastic wrap and place in the freezer once i get them all put together.. no matter what they look like i am sure they will taste great!!
