Gyros Recipe?
I read a message here on the forum a week or two ago about gyros and wicked wedges but now can't locate the msg. Does someone have the recipe for all of that? I looked in archives and on google but couldn't find it. Thanks in advance for your help.

Jerr, here is the link[p]Here's my little info for you. Usually the meat dish referred to as gyro is a flat hot dog shape hamburger. It is usually made from a combination of meats mainly lamb and beef, and seasonings. It is usually grilled like a hamburger. It is similar to a middle eastern Kebab, except slightly different seasonings.
