1 pot meal

back form bostom tired and missed my egg and decent food busy at work stuff to do a home how to throw everythign in one pot on the egg
1 qt chicken stock in the le creusette wtih 1/2 box pasta

raws minus chicken and mozzerella

whole pack of spinach layered on top of noodle broth mix topped with breasts portabellas and herbs as shown

egg shot

mozzeralla on at the end

quick pix of plated as the pits where chompin'


not spectacular but tasty and very easy ,, 1 pot about an hour at 45o indirect ,, parm and romano would have been nice but this was a down and dirty one pot meal

That is an interesting way to cook the pasta. It gives me an idea on how to modify a baked chicken/mushroom recipe I discovered recently. I'm curious as to how the pasta came out. I'm guessing it would be well done - not al dente?

was cooked right when it came off the egg but continued to absorb the broth by the time dinner was done the leftovers were really well done

1 pot easy clean up fairly quick a bit of parm on top would be a good idea
