that will become the counter for a cabinet I'm building to put between my two Eggs.
I first was planning on building a table, but then I realized how often I use the mobility of the nests. I have a nice overhang by the door to our sunroom and pull the Eggs over there when the weather is nasty. That would be more difficult with a two Egg table. So, I decided to build an open framed cabinet to hold all the goodies with a nice work surface on top and just park the Eggs on either side of it most of the time.
Pics once the slab gets cut and the frame starts coming together.

Sounds nice and well thought out. Looking forward to the pictures.

Take lots of pics. Are you going in a couple weeks? Looks like a pretty good turn out. The OKC crew will be in Firday, I'm sure we will have our own Meet and Greet.

Yep, I'll be there. Haven't decided exactly what I'm cooking yet, but it will come to me. I've been experimenting with a fast cook pulled pork that I'm getting pretty happy with. It's nice being done in 6 hours, instead of 12.
