After posting a question the other day to brine or not brine I went with the brine for the first time and it was wonderful. Sure glad ya'll where so kind as to tell me how to do the brine. All my guests said it was the best turkey moist and tender. The only draw back is now they say I have to cook all the turkeys for the family get togethers.
A Big Thank You

Rose, it's good to see a true Southern post. Very few folks know how to spell "ya'll". Glad your turkey turned out well. You will find that over time, you will be asked to bring all the meats to family gatherings. The wages of cooking on the Big Green Egg are high. :-)
