How long will it stay warm?

I regularly keep a pork shoulder hot for many hours by wrapping in foil then towels then placing in a hot cooler. Will this same method work for a turkey? If so, how long will it stay warm?[p]Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving,[p]Ryan

I did two yesterday here at work and put them in a cooler for two hours. They were still too hot to handle when I pulled them out.[p]Jim
