awhile back there was a link for char crust if anyone there knows it id be thankful looking forward to doing a turkey for easter not a ham person

I love the stuff. My favorite is Hickory Molasses. I also like Original, Spicy Southwest and Garlic Peppercorn. Roto roast has a little too much salt for my taste buds. [p]Give them all a try. You will not be disappointed.[p]Happy Crusting,
