Thing1,
I would cook it between 118° and 125° and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.

Thing1,
125° med-rare, 135° med let rest 30 min. I just cooked one Sunday, it was perfect.[p]Lewis

Thing1,[p]I pull it off at 120* internal and let rest for 20 minutes before carving. It ends up med. rare.
