BajaTom,[p]It doesn't look like anyone is going to answer your question so I will take a shot at it. I have many recipes for pulled chicken as I do it often. You ask that I be specific in time and temps and then don't provide the foggiest information on how you plan to do it in your cooker. Would be better if I knew the setup you will use and the temp you want to cook at measured at the grid as pulled chicken can be done at many temps but the time will be different for the setup that you will use. Might be best if you provide some more information on the pieces of chicken that you plan to cook, the setup you will be using, the temp that you are using measured at the cooking grid, so a fellow can give you some additional information on how to do it. Would also help to know if you plan to brine or marinade the pieces as the cooking time and finish time may change if I knew the process you want to use with this great treat. [p]Dave

Old Dave,
I have never done pulled pork so I'm starting from the beginning. I'm looking to do this in a commercial application. I will use thighs and breats to get the most meat. Would like to cook at 225 with some kind of rub. Thanks for any imput.

Maybe drbbq will chip in here, Tom. I believe Ray serves pulled chicken. There was a discussion on this subject over on the BBQ Forum a week or so ago.[p]Jim

JSlot,[p]Here ya go, Jim. I hope Ray doesn't mind....... it was a good thread.[p]Tom, if you cook those thighs at 225 for about 2-2.5 hours direct on a raised grill, the meat will just be falling off the bone........ and you will have a good basis for drbbq style pulled chicken.[p]Let us know your what you decided on and how it turned out.
Beers.

BajaTom,[p]I can get you all fixed up now with a commercial method of doing large amount of chicken at a time. I will send the information tonight to your e-mail address.[p]Dave
